A safe, relational, and deeply supportive space for meaningful inner work. Best for: - first-time clients - those wanting focused short-term support - working through a specific pattern or life transition What we focus on - identifying unconscious patterns & protective parts - building somatic awareness & nervous system capacity - connecting present struggles to their deeper roots - developing tools for self-awareness & integration Includes - 4 weekly 75 minute sessions - guided somatic & relational shadow work process - integration practices between sessions - optional voice/text support between sessions Financial Investment $420 supported $540 standard $680 supporter Outcome Clients leave with greater self-understanding, emotional capacity, and tools to meet their inner world with clarity and compassion.
