Program Commitment & Cancellation Policy Because this is a small, relational container, your spot is reserved specifically for you. All program payments are non-refundable once the program begins. If you need to cancel: 7+ days before the start date → full refund (minus any processing fees) 3–6 days before → 50% refund Within 72 hours of the start date → non-refundable If something unexpected arises after the program has started, reach out directly and we can explore options on a case-by-case basis.
