Shadow Work Session

Service Description

Life invites us into change, loss, growth, and deeper truth. You don’t have to meet it alone. These sessions offer a grounded, relational space to explore emotional patterns, protective parts, and unconscious dynamics through shadow work, somatic awareness, and compassionate inquiry. Together, we listen to what is asking to be seen, felt, and integrated. This is deep, collaborative work — guided by presence, curiosity, and care. Clients often experience greater clarity, nervous system regulation, emotional freedom, and a deeper sense of self-trust. Come as you are. We go from there. We must complete a discovery call or have worked together before in some capacity to do these sessions. The appointment will not be approved without one of those requirements.
