A return to your natural pace…


Join us in the official Moon Mountain Healing healing space for an evening of deep breathing, an invitation into embodiment, regulation, and connection to your internal healing powers.


In this breathwork practice, it is common for people to have big releases and even inter-dimensional experiences. I am always ready to support that.

In this container, however, my intentions and prayers are oriented toward something different: helping participants find their nervous system’s most natural rhythm.


Because sometimes a reset or rewiring isn’t what we need.

Sometimes what we need is awareness of where our system has been out of whack, and what it feels like to come back into balance.


When working with the breath in this way, there tends to be more gentleness, ease, and peace.

To find your rhythm is to let go of anything that prevents you from dancing freely to the beat of your own drum.


Emotions and energy can still arise, move, and release. They simply do so in a way that is more respectful of the nervous system and easier to integrate into day-to-day life.


This is a move-at-your-own-pace practice.

Even the music will be relatively neutral.

Your spirit, body, and mind, working in unison, will guide the experience.


I will support you exactly where you are and assist with any blockages that may be preventing your flow and deepest attunement to your rhythm.


My hope is for this practice to feel more accessible than ever. Breathwork is an amazing therapeutic modality that doesn’t require much and yields monumental healing.


All you do is show up and breathe.


Session Structure

  • Arrival - welcoming words and a moment of gratitude to open the space

  • Settling In - a few practices to help the body and nervous system arrive

  • Opening Share - space for participants to share what they’re bringing into the breathwork

  • Intention Setting - clarifying personal intentions for the session

  • Breathwork Orientation - introduction to the breathwork practice, explanation of my role as the facilitator, and some things to expect

  • Active Breathing - the guided breathwork journey

  • Deep Relaxation - a return to natural breathing and deep rest

  • Integration - time to integrate the experience, with optional sharing

  • Closing - the session is closed as it began, with thanks and Gratitude
