About the event
If you've ever wanted to experience the power of a men's group, this is a great place to start. We will practice listening and speaking from the Heart, radical self-acceptance, vulnerability, being supported and supporting others, and Connection. Men will be invited to share their emotions and what they are going through in a safe environment, and feel Love, Connection, and Understanding reflected back to them. That is the nourishment we are needing; to know we are not alone and someone understands. Please join us in this practice.
