About the event
If you've ever wanted to experience the power of a men's group, this is a great place to start. Or maybe you have joined some or many men's groups before. This is also a wonderful place for seasoned vets to experience a deep container of Love, presence, and care from other like-minded men in the community that they wouldn't normally meet and form such a deep bond with. We will practice listening and speaking from the Heart, radical acceptance for self and other, vulnerability, and being supported and supporting other. Men will be invited to share their emotions and edges in a safe environment, only to feel Love, Grace, and understanding reflected back. That is the nourishment we are needing. To know we are not alone, no one is trying to fix us, and someone understands.
