An ongoing open men's group opportunity for men in the Eugene/Springfield community to experience the amazing benefits of receiving support from—and giving support to—other men within the community. This gathering happens on the first & third Wednesday of the month. DONATION-BASED Limited to 7 men.

About the event
If you've ever wanted to experience the power of a men's group, this is a great place to start. Or maybe you have joined some—or many—men's groups before. This is also a wonderful place for seasoned vets to experience a deep container of Love, presence, and care from other like-minded men in the community that they wouldn't normally meet and form such a deep bond with in other social contexts.
Together we will explore the power of feeling and what becomes possible when men allow themselves to be honest about what is truly alive within them. We will practice unconditional Love, listening and speaking from the Heart, radical acceptance for self and other, vulnerability, and being supported and supporting others.
Men will be invited to share their emotions and edges in a safe environment, only to feel Love, Grace, and understanding reflected back. That is the nourishment we are needing—to feel what is real, to know we are not alone, that no one is trying to fix us, and that someone understands.
