Welcome Home Group Breathwork

This will be a group healing breathwork offering happening at the yurt once a month. Max 6 people. Experience the power of a Welcome Home session as well as receive personalized care, as I will be able to give individualized care within this smaller container.

Please intend to be there if you sign up. I understand emergencies happen and people get sick. If that is the case, let me know as soon as possible, These monthly group sessions are an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself in the presence of supportive community.

In a world that often asks us to hold it all alone, this space offers the experience of being held — by the breath, by grounded guidance, and by the quiet strength of shared human presence.

Through conscious connected breathing and gentle integration time, participants are supported in releasing tension, settling the nervous system, and reconnecting with their inner landscape.

Together, we create a container that supports:

 • deep rest and inner grounding

 • shared presence and authentic human connection

 • a sense of belonging and being welcomed as you are

No prior breathwork experience is needed.
