Welcome Home Monthly Breathwork @ the Earth-Rooted Yurt

Join us on the last Friday of this month for an evening of conscious connected breathwork inside a cozy earth-rooted yurt here in South Eugene.

Breathwork is a transformational practice that connects you to your Heart, Spirit, and inner wisdom so you can meet life with greater clarity and Trust.

During our Welcome Home Breathwork session, rooted in David Elliott’s conscious connected method, we’ll intentionally clear stuck energy, soften into self-love, fall into sense of Home in the body, and create space for full-embodied peace, clarity, and connection.

The theme for this group session is: Home in my Body.

A lot of us either have, or have had, trouble being fully in our bodies. There is tension, stored energy, and pain we often don’t want to give our attention to. This practice helps shine awareness on what is true and alive in the body. It supports the release of worry, fear, and uncertainty, so we can Love forward with more ease and comfort within ourselves.

Questions to Reflect On:

What is my relationship to pain and discomfort?

Where in my body do I tend to avoid feeling?

Where in my body do I notice the most sensation?

Where do I feel stuck in my life?

Let's breathe into those answers and come out feeling Free in the body.

What to Expect:

- A safe, supportive, and intentional group space

- The comforting crackle and gentle warmth of the wood-burning stove

- A guided breathwork journey with music and facilitation

- Connection with self and others

- Time for rest, snack time, reflection, and integration

- A renewed sense of openness and capacity to meet whatever’s ahead

When: Friday, January 30th 5:45 PM - 8:00 PM

Contribution: Sliding scale $33 - $44 - $55 - $66 (Community Tier, Standard Tiers, Supporter Tier)
