Inner Child Shadow Work Meditation
There are parts of us that formed long ago — younger parts that still hold emotions, memories, and unmet needs from earlier moments in life.
Many people call these parts the inner child.
This guided meditation is an invitation to gently reconnect with those parts of yourself in a safe, compassionate, and grounded way.
Through somatic awareness, reflective prompts, and spacious pauses for personal reflection, this practice helps you slow down and listen to what may be living beneath the surface of your daily life.
You may discover feelings, memories, or insights that have been waiting for your attention.Or you may simply experience a sense of softness, connection, and presence with yourself.
There is nothing you need to force and nothing you need to fix.
This meditation is simply an opportunity to meet yourself with curiosity, compassion, and care.
This practice can be returned to again and again. Each time you revisit it, different parts of yourself may reveal something new.
This meditation may support you in:
• reconnecting with younger parts of yourself
• bringing compassion to past experiences
• increasing emotional awareness
• gently exploring shadow work in a safe way
• developing a deeper relationship with your inner world
