Breath of Awakening
The Breath of Awakening is a 6-week
guided group breathwork journey
designed to help you develop a
deeper relationship with your body,

nervous system, and expand your
capacity to be with the full range
of your feelings. Through this work,
you will consistently open your Heart,
connect more deeply with your
internal world, and access deep states
of clarity, presence, and insight.
Through consistent practice and group
support, you’ll learn how to be more
present in your body, more attuned
to your nervous system, and develop
healthier ways of tending to your needs—
within a relational, community-based container.
This program is for those who are ready for:
– consistent clear insights
– big meaningful breakthroughs
– a deeper sense of Self
– and accountability in building a real, sustainable practice
What this program offers is something powerful
you can take with you anywhere in the world—
a tool that supports you beyond this
container and into the rest of your life.
About The Facilitator
My name is Jacob :-)
I’ve been practicing breathwork for over 10 years, working with a range of techniques that support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and deeper connection to the body.
My work brings together breathwork, shadow work, and relational practices to create grounded, supportive spaces where people can slow down, feel what’s present, and develop a more honest relationship with themselves.
This program is a reflection of that approach—simple, real, Loving, and rooted in direct experience.

Why Breath of Awakening?
Because the breath is the first thing we did once we entered the physical realm—the first time we became awake to our existence.
Awakening is a choice that we have to make again and again, and remembering to be awake starts with remembering to breathe energy into life.
It is natural, just like the alternation of in-breath and out-breath, to oscillate between being awake and being asleep. This program will teach you how to attune to each state and consciously shift it when you want.
This program will also help you balance your system by giving you both the understanding and first-hand experience of how simply profound the breath is, and the various ways it can be used.
A lot of us are living in our heads—disconnected from our bodies, our emotions, and our deeper truth.
The breath returns us to our center—not in our heads, but in a place that includes all parts of being human.
When you begin to work with the breath in an intentional, consistent way, an amazing shift happens in your life, in both big and subtle ways.
You have more autonomy.
You become more somatically aware.
More grounded.
More connected to the spaciousness within you.
More connected to your internal world and the world around you.
Awakening does not have to be dramatic—
but in a grounded, steady way, with one conscious breath and heartbeat at a time, you will begin to live from a state of attunement, expansiveness, and presence, while also honoring all the other times when you are not.
This is the kind of awakening this program is about.
Program Structure
Support Between Sessions
Duration: 6 weeks
Session Length: 2.5 hours
Format: Live, guided group sessions
Each session is intentionally spacious and follows a grounded, consistent flow:
– Arrival & grounding to land in the body and connect as a group
– Experiential teaching and short-form breath practices to build awareness and skill
– A full-length Welcome Home / Return to Center breathwork journey
– Integration through reflection, journaling, and optional sharing
– Closing with practical tools and intentions to carry into your week
This work doesn’t stop when the session ends.
Throughout the 6 weeks, you’ll be supported in continuing your practice and integrating what arises into your daily life.
This includes:
– Access to a private group space for ongoing connection and support
– A place to share experiences, challenges, and insights between sessions
– Gentle accountability to stay engaged with your practice
– Simple at-home breathwork practices and reflections to work with throughout the week
What is this program?
This is a space to learn:
– what breathwork actually is
– why it works
– why it's especially useful as a tool in modern, everyday life
You’ll be guided, coached, and supported through 4–6 foundational techniques that you can carry with you for the rest of your life—keeping things simple, accessible, and deeply effective.
This is also a space for deep, transformational work.
The breathwork I offer—both in 1:1 sessions and group containers—is one of the most powerful, integratable, and transferable practices I know for creating real change in your life.
Each session includes a guided, 1-hour long-form breathwork journey
that I call Welcome Home / Return to Center.
This is where the work really happens.
Not only are there often powerful insights and breakthroughs that arise through this practice,
but you’ll also be held in a space that is Loving, present, and deeply caring—
with time after each session to process, integrate, and connect with the group.
Who is this for?
This program is for those who are completely new to breathwork, as well as those who have some familiarity—whether you’ve participated in long-form or short-form practices with some regularity in the past.
It is best suited for beginner to intermediate levels, as we will be covering both the foundations of breathwork and the more subtle nuances that I’ve come to understand through over 10 years of personal practice.

New to breathwork?
No experience is needed.
This practice works whether it’s your first time or your millionth.
The only thing required is a willingness
to be present with what arises—
resistance, judgment, fear, doubt—
and to stay with yourself through it.

Already Doing Inner Work?
This program is highly supportive of any inner work you’re already doing and can accelerate your growth and understanding of yourself—especially if you benefit from accountability and shared space.
It’s very different from reading a book or practicing on your own when it’s convenient, which for most of us doesn’t create lasting change.
Not because the content isn’t valuable,
but because we are relational beings.
We grow, integrate, and transform more deeply in connection with others.

Why group work?
Doing this work in a committed group creates something powerful.
Creating new habits is hard.
Staying consistent on your own is hard.
And integrating what we discover about ourselves—
that becomes more real, more embodied, and more lasting
when we are seen, reflected, and supported in the process.

2.5 Hour Session Flow
1. Arrival & Grounding (25–30 min)
– land in the body
– brief shares / “weather report” (practicing speaking from the body)
– naming what’s present: resistance, fear, doubt, distraction
This time is about settling the nervous system and arriving fully into the space.
2. Breathwork Teaching & Practice (25–30 min total)
– introduce one core concept
(ex: nervous system regulation, energizing vs down-regulating, working with resistance)
– practice: 2–3 short rounds of a specific technique
– short journaling/reflection:
“What am I noticing in my body?”
3. Breathwork Journey (50–60 min)
Guided Welcome Home / Return to Center breathwork
This is the core of the session—
where people drop in, open, and move through deeper layers.
4. Integration & Sharing (20–25 min)
– space to process what came up
– optional sharing
– reflection and connection
5. Closing, Integration & Practice Anchoring (10–15 min)
– gently land the container
– reflect on what’s being taken from the session
– set simple, realistic intentions for the week
This can include:
– personal goals
– how they’ll stay connected to the practice
– ways to keep it accessible and doable
What You’ll Walk Away With After 6 Weeks
After six weeks, you won’t just understand breathwork—
you’ll know how to use it.
You’ll walk away with:
– A set of 4–6 breathwork techniques you can use anytime, anywhere
– The ability to shift your state—whether you need to calm down, open up, or move energy
– A deeper connection to your body, your emotions, and your internal world
– More presence, clarity, and confidence in how you meet your life
Tools for Real Life
We are living in a time where our ancient nervous systems are meeting the constant stimulation and pressure of modern life.
It’s a lot.
In this program, you’ll learn how to work with your system instead of against it.
Like learning how to operate a car,
you’ll begin to understand how your internal system functions—
and how to use your breath to regulate, balance, and support yourself in real time.
Self-Led Practice
You won’t be dependent on me, or on guided videos.
You’ll leave with the confidence and ability to lead your own breathwork practice—
at home, in nature, before a conversation, after a long day… wherever you are.
This becomes something that’s yours.
A tool you can return to for the rest of your life.
A Different Relationship to Yourself
You’ll develop a deeper connection to your body and emotional world—
not just understanding your experience,
but actually feeling and relating to it in a new way.
Breathwork, at its core, is a meditative practice—
but it can feel like a kind of shortcut into presence.
A way to clear what’s been building,
so you can come back into a more open, grounded, and connected state.
Connection & Group Experience
You’ll also walk away with something that can’t be replicated alone—
shared experience.
This is a Heart-opening practice.
And when done in a consistent group container,
it creates a space where people feel safe enough to be real.
To be vulnerable.
To be seen.
And that kind of connection leads to real, lasting change.
The Difference Between Drop-In Sessions and This Program
Continuity
Transformation takes time.
This isn’t a one-time experience—it’s something you build a relationship with.
Like water shaping stone,
or a river carving through landscape—
change happens through consistent contact over time.
Depth Over Time
Each session builds on the last.
As the weeks go on, you’ll begin to go deeper into your own internal world,
while also forming deeper connections with others in the group.
This creates a level of safety and trust that allows for more honest, more meaningful work.
Integration & Accountability
Between sessions, the work continues.
There will be an active group space where participants can:
– share how their at-home practice is going
– speak to challenges or resistance
– receive support and reflection
This helps bridge the gap between the session and your real life—
which is where the actual change happens.
Relational Container
One of the most powerful things that happens in group work
is realizing:
you’re not the only one experiencing what you’re experiencing.
There is something deeply regulating about that.
To feel seen.
To feel understood.
To recognize that what you’re going through is human.
Trust & Going Deeper
As consistency builds, something shifts.
You begin to trust your own experience more.
You begin to trust others more.
And from that place, you can go deeper—
into emotions, into patterns, into the parts of yourself
that don’t often get space.
This is what allows for real processing,
and real integration.
Drop ins open the door,
But this program is about taking a leap into your new life.
If you’re feeling the pull toward this work and want to talk it through, reach out and give me a call.
I’m happy to connect, hear where you’re at, and see if this program feels like the right next step for you.
If this is landing for you and feels aligned, you can go ahead and grab your spot and get ready to step into a deeper process of transformation.
