Welcome Home Breathwork

Service Description

Book this offering and receive a facilitated and guided Welcome Home breathwork session from me, using a rhythmic breathing pattern taught to me by David Elliott, accompanied by music and other resources. This session includes person-center guidance to discover exactly what you want to release and work with during the breathwork. With this, I can tailor the support for your highest healing needs. At the end, the breather and myself will co-regulate together where we can talk about the experience, and you and I can discuss how to best integrate what occurred. Your session can happen in the beautiful yurt in south Eugene outside of town, in a beatiful space in south Eugene in town, or in the comfort of your own home. Just reach out to me via email or leave a message in the booking about that preference. Payment is accepted in either cash, cashapp, Venmo, or Square (credit card) before or after the session.
