Service Description

Clients receive direct support from myself via zoom, where I hold space for you to have a deep healing session using the David Elliott rhythmic breathing pattern. Person-centered guidance is involved in helping the participant discover clearly what intention they have going into the session, and of course, discussion following the breathing to gain clarity on how to integrate what was felt and experienced. This can be just as deep as an in-person session. This session is for those who have less time or prefer to stay in the comfort of their home and still receive guidance along their healing journey. Payment is accepted in either cashapp, Venmo or Square (credit card) before or after the session.
