The Healing Session
The shape of each session depends entirely on your needs, your intentions, and what you’re seeking in that moment. My offerings create a flexible structure that allows us to move intuitively and creatively as your process unfolds. While every session is unique, the general flow often includes:
-
An arriving practice to help you settle into your body and the space
-
Intention setting to clarify what you want to explore or receive
-
A guided healing practice, such as breathwork, shadow work, or another modality aligned with your needs
-
Integration and grounding, where we reflect on what emerged and discuss how to carry the insights into your life
The safety and support clients experience in this container create the conditions for true depth—where what is ready to be seen can be felt, understood, and met with Love.
The Breathwork Journey
A guided pranayama breathwork journey with me follows the general framework described above, and also includes:
-
An introduction to the David Elliott breathwork method
-
A walkthrough of what may arise physically, emotionally, and spiritually during the session
-
A pre-session conversation to determine your preferences around touch, essential oils, the burning of sage or palo santo, sentence prompts, and energy work
None of these elements are required for a deep experience, and you are welcome to change your mind at any point before or during the session.
Breathers often receive intuitive nudges about what they need during the process, and you are encouraged to voice them. I will do my best to support you within clear and appropriate boundaries.
Once intentions are set and prerequisites are covered, the breathing session begins. As your facilitator, my role is to hold a grounded, loving, and safe space for you to do your healing work. After a few minutes of active breathing, energy begins to move and the Spirit of the work takes over. Whatever unfolds is exactly what is meant to happen—your only job is to keep breathing.
The active breathing phase typically lasts 15 to 40 minutes. When it is time to return, I will gently guide you back into your natural breath and into full relaxation on your mat. Many people report a strong sense of Spirit moving through the body during this time, along with heightened intuition, contact with guides or ancestors, and a feeling of bliss, clarity, or profound peace.
Afterward, I’ll guide you back into the room with grounding practices. You may slowly begin to move your fingers and toes, roll to your side, and eventually sit up—often feeling renewed or “reborn.” The space is then open for sharing your experience. I may help you make sense of what arose and support you in integrating the insights into your life beyond the session.
Once everything feels complete, the session closes with a prayer of Love and Gratitude.
Integrated Self Sessions
An Integrated Self Session primarily centers around shadow work—the modality I am most deeply trained in and use throughout the entire process. Together, we explore the deeper layers of your inner world, especially the parts that may be influencing your life in ways that feel misaligned or challenging. By bringing loving awareness, care, and presence to the unconscious, we access the wisdom held there and support genuine integration.
I am committed to creating a safe, supportive container that honors your readiness and capacity. Nothing is forced; we move at the pace that feels aligned for you. After intentions are set, healing practices may include:
-
Shadow work, processing work, parts work, and breathwork
-
Integrative, somatic, trauma-informed practices
-
Energy healing and crystal healing
-
Gestalt-based exploration, somatic awareness, and meditation
-
Supportive listening, mirroring, reflecting, relating, and compassionate communication
The practices we use will be intuitively chosen based on what you bring into the session and what your intentions call for. You are always welcome to request specific modalities if you feel drawn to a certain approach. These sessions often range from gentle and playful to deeply powerful and transformative.
No matter the method, my central intention is to support you in discovering your own answers, strengthening your Self-leadership, and taking empowering steps toward your healing—one moment at a time.
I do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat mental or physical illnesses. My role is to hold space, facilitate healing practices, and support your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. The tools I offer help you reconnect to your own innate wisdom, inner knowing, and capacity for growth.
My offerings are not a replacement for licensed medical or mental health care. Clients are encouraged to seek professional medical or psychological support for any clinical concerns.
